Where do you deliver from?

We currently ship from the USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Spain, Latvia, the UK or Japan, whilst making sure that your order is always shipped as locally as possible, therefore lowering our carbon footprint and where possible avoiding customs fees and taxes. For product specific information, please review the description on the product page.

Where do you deliver to?

We offer low cost standard worldwide delivery for all products shown on this website with a few exceptions due to legal, political or shipping carrier restrictions. These include:

  • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
  • Russia
  • Israel
  • Afghanistan
  • Belarus
  • The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
  • Ecuador
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Syria
  • North Korea
  • Please note that Russia’s war in Ukraine severely limits shipping to Ukraine.

What payment methods do you accept?

All of our accepted payment methods are shown at the bottom of every page and at the checkout. These may vary according to the country we are delivering to.

How much does delivery cost?

We offer low cost worldwide delivery on all products shown on this website. Delivery costs are automatically calculated at the checkout based on the delivery address.

Do you offer express delivery?

If you require express delivery, we may be able to offer it for an additional cost depending on where your items are being sent to. Please contact us before placing an order to get a quote for express delivery, including the product, size and quantity you would like, as well as a full postal address for delivery.

What about customs fees and taxes?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes about 3 business days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out. The delivery time depends on your location and the product you've ordered. More detail on the estimated delivery time is available in the product description.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, use this page to get in contact.

What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges as all of our products are made to order, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us via email at contact@smirkthreads.com with photos of wrong/damaged items within 7 days of receiving the items, and we’ll sort that out for you. Refunds are processed within 10 days to the original payment method only, noting that your bank may take more time to process and post this refund to your account.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/colour?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges as all of our products are made to order. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts - we have one for every item listed on our store in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at contact@smirkthreads.com within 7 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabelled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please let us know at contact@smirkthreads.com within 7 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the damaged product, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund (your choice)!

How do I return an item?

Though a returns address is included with every order, please wait until you have received written confirmation from us on what to do before returning any items. Please note that you will be responsible for any costs associated with returning your item, though we'll make sure you aren't out of pocket if you are returning a wrong or damaged item.
